RVK is looking at a pristine blue sky but he is annoyed because his view is obstructed by some power lines. He states: "these power lines are obstructing my view" and sets out to remove them by way of garden shears attached to two long poles.
After he cuts the wires, the transformer explodes and makes a sound which replaces his current mantra: "everyone has lost the way" with his permanent catch phrase: "NNNNZAP." As the issue ends, RVK joyfully repeats the phrase as he lays in a field and admires the clear sky which is no longer marred by the presence of the power lines.
"RVK #1" takes place after "Everyone Has Lost the Way" and before "RVK #2."
